IN DEVELOPMENT

While CAEDZ fulfills the requirements of its contract on the Eco Health City in Malaysia and Project Indonesia Initiative, we at CAEDZ are actively engaging with governments and organizations around the world to bring more projects to the CAEDZ Eco Synesis Group of Companies. CAEDZ is setting the standard for sustainable development worldwide.

BLUE CORAL MAGLEV HIGH SPEED TRAIN CONSORTIUM:

Blue Coral Magnetic Levitated High Speed Train (Bullet Train) System will earmark the first inter-continental bullet train system construction project in the Americas. Preliminary investigation has been completed and review on the approved right-of-way is being studied by the team. CAEDZ is a member of the design group. The project development consortium is made up of 40 major corporations and 26 city councils. The consortium is actively seeking for interested parties to join in the development, building and management of this project.

CORAL CLARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

Coral Clark International Airport will be the first "Airport Mall" to be constructed and operated in the United States. Currently under review, the proposed airport will have an expansion capacity to manage 60 million air travelers per year. This state-of-the-art airport will also serve as the United States West Coast regional main air cargo hub. Airport Mall is a self-sustaining commercial airport with all the amenities of an eco-teleport service infrastructure built and designed to support ecologically balanced and socially responsible revenue earning services.

CAEDZ Design Group is reviewing the design of the original plans to adopt and improve the design into an airport mall complex.

MEDIA PARK:

Media Park is a unique commercial real estate development on 6,000-acres of land. It is being built for the entertainment and multimedia industry. Unlike Hollywood City, the property will provide state-of-the art service infrastructure built into the fabric of every commercial building, industrial complex, and residential home from the ground up. Digital theaters and Video-On-Demand will be accessible and made available throughout the precinct, as well as its neighboring communities. The project is divided into three consortium groups. Some member corporations are in more than one consortium. CAEDZ is a member of the design consortium. Altogether, there are more than 180 corporations and organizations registered in the project. These consortiums are actively seeking interested parties to join in the design, planning and building of this project.
