Who we are
We are consortia of 300 specialists and principal consultants from 5 organizations coming together to study, develop, plan, commission, and together we execute a common thread of economic re-engineering program.

Our consortia comprise organizations located in Canada, Germany, Japan, Indonesia, and the USA. However, we serve most parts of the world.

Board of Managers
Caedz UG is the administrative and management hub for the consortia. The Board of Managers is responsible to make decisions for the consortia, while the Managing Directors of each firm are responsible for their respective firm.
Group Chairman
He has more than 40 years experience in managing the business of technology companies, is a professor in EU university and was a Director of Research and Technology Development at the U.S. NARVISA (1982 - 1990).
Zafrul Y. Sjahrial
Group Vice Chairman and a Senior Managing Partner, is numerous international award winner for more than 35 years in the graphics, marketing, cinematography, communications, and mass media industry.
Christine Deibert
Managing Director of Caedz UG has 28 years of state certified banking and credit from German Federal Government. Deibert has been helping numerous businesses set-up and start new businesses since 1985.
Dipl.-Psych. Günther M. Barckhausen
Managing Partner of Caedz UG, he has more than 29 years experience in clinical psychology practice and 12 years in managing Caedz.
Dr. Snezana Guenant
She was Dr. Sjahrial doctoral disciple and has since 15 years experience in People Management.
Alexandra Verhoturova
She has 15 years of experience in sales and managing marketing team, and has been managing Caedz for 12 years.

An affiliated company. It manages and operate the Caedz Connect Online platform. The firm was co-founded by Marielle Holman Barnes. The President is Ronald K. Yates.
OPNET GROUP
An associate organization, OPNET is a four consortium based in San Francisco, Munich, Kuala Lumpur and Osaka. The consortium is in the marketing and promotion of GCCI Projects.
Copernicus International Corp.
A 1917 incorporated company, Copernicus has been an emerging technology developer since 1970s, helped founded and is the parent company of Caedz.
Photo is the late Dr. Alan Dudley, one of many Copernicus' physicists.
